Housed in a brick-and-timber former utilities building, the brewery features an industrial-chic taproom that honors its roots as a Prohibition-era ice factory. Visitors can observe the brewing process through a dedicated window or sample a rotating list of original brews, including hazy IPAs and unique fruit-infused ales. The onsite kitchen, The Burrow, serves a rotating menu of dishes designed to complement the small-batch pilot system offerings.
