Ancient Redwoods RV Park

Ancient Redwoods RV Park sits one mile north of Redcrest on the Avenue of the Giants, surrounded by old-growth coast redwoods near Founders Grove, Rockefeller Forest and the Humboldt Redwoods State Park visitor center. The seasonal park has 49 level, paved, big-rig-friendly sites with 50-amp hookups and room for slide-outs.
On-site features include laundry, showers, restrooms, a gift shop, a convenience store and the Immortal Tree, a roughly 1,000-year-old redwood. The park operates April 1 through October 19, with reservations taken by phone or email starting February 1 — there is no online booking system.
