Azul Rooftop sits on the 20th floor of the Westin Austin Downtown at 310 East 5th Street, billed as the tallest rooftop bar and lounge in the city. The open air space looks out over Lady Bird Lake and the Texas Hill Country, and centers on a pool deck with fire pits for guests who want to linger. The drink menu runs toward frozen and mixed cocktails such as the mangojito and frozen rose, with five dollar margaritas during happy hour. It is a 21 and up spot, open afternoons into the evening most days and later on weekends, and reservations are recommended if you want a table with a view rather than a walk in spot.
