Blue Angel Recreational Park is a premier Navy MWR destination located on the shores of Perdido Bay, roughly nine miles from the Naval Air Station Pensacola west gate. This restricted-access park provides a quiet retreat for active-duty members, retirees, and DOD civilians, offering lodging options including paved RV sites with full hookups, rustic cabins, and tent platforms.
The facility features extensive outdoor amenities such as three 18-hole disc golf courses, a 35-acre paintball field, and a marina with rentals for kayaks and sailboats. Motorcycle travelers must adhere to DOD traffic regulations, including mandatory helmets and protective gear. The park serves as an excellent base for visiting the National Naval Aviation Museum and watching Blue Angels flight practices.
