Brite Valley Aquatic Recreation Area, commonly known as Brite Lake, is a Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District facility at 22902 Banducci Road in Tehachapi with a genuine campground component alongside its lake. The park has electric-and-water sites, six full-hookup 30-amp sites, and dozens of dry sites, plus restrooms with showers, a dump station, boat launch, and a camp host on duty. Camping is first-come, first-served with no reservations, and nightly rates run roughly $30 to $45 depending on hookups. Beyond overnight stays, the lake supports fishing, boating, and hiking, making it a workable overnight stop for riders touring the Tehachapi Pass area rather than just a day-use swimming spot.
