The primary draw is the unbeatable location, which is a short five-minute walk from the saloons, vendors, and concerts on Main Street. While the setting is residential, the amenities are designed to provide a comfortable rally experience. Guests have access to an onsite pool and a snack area, all within a gated backyard environment. The campsite operates with a community-focused atmosphere, emphasizing a friendly environment where visitors are treated like family rather than just another reservation number. Because the site is a private residence, it is only open for 21 days each year surrounding the rally dates.
