Camp Kernville

Camp Kernville is a year-round waterfront campground and RV park on ten acres along the Kern River in downtown Kernville, California, within walking distance of locally owned rafting outfitters, Riverside Park, Circle Park, and the town's shops and restaurants. The campground includes about 1,000 feet of private riverfront access, including the largest sandy beach on the Kern River, reserved for registered guests. Sites come with full hookups at 30 or 50 amp service, a picnic table, fire pit and prep table, and the grounds are shaded by more than 100 trees. Restrooms and showers are open around the clock at no extra charge, and there is a dump station, an enclosed pet area, and free WiFi, with nightly rates generally running from about 40 to 75 dollars.
