Camp Seely is a mountain camp in the San Bernardino Mountains near Crestline, owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks. Sitting at about 4,200 feet in elevation near Lake Gregory, the property has a lodge, dining hall, game room, playing field, and sixty cabins that each sleep four to five people.
The camp has run public Family Outings since 1973, open to singles, couples, and families rather than only city residents, at sixty-five dollars per person with children three and under free. Select weeks are set aside for these individual family bookings, while other weeks host larger groups of one hundred twenty-five to two hundred seventy people; reservations go through the city's Camping Section office.
