For more than fifty years the property operated as Sounds of the Sea RV Park and Cabins before Taylor and Lisa Lefevre, both raised on the North Coast, bought it in October 2024 and renamed it Camp Trinidad.
The resort now runs year-round with fifty-two RV sites, each with full hookups, rocked pads, and paved road access, drawing travel nurses, road-trippers, and families in addition to longer-term guests. Its location puts riders within easy reach of Highway 101 and the redwood corridor along California's North Coast.
