Cedar Creek Campground and Marina in Sealevel has been family-owned and operated since 1976 and operates year-round. Located 14 miles from the Cedar Island/Ocracoke Ferry, the facility serves as a basecamp for Crystal Coast fishing and boating activities. The property accommodates RV and tent camping with 20-amp and 30-amp service available. A one-cabin rental option is available upon request for those preferring enclosed accommodations.
The marina features an 800-foot wharf for boat tie-ups, boat launch ramp, and boat/trailer storage facilities. Core Sound and Drum Inlet provide access to some of the best fishing on the Crystal Coast, with on-site fishing charters available through Capt. Justin Gilgo. On-site amenities include a seasonal swimming pool, bathhouse with hot showers, high-speed WiFi, picnic tables, and a waterfront observation deck. The general store stocks groceries, fishing tackle, bait, ice, and RV supplies. A hammock and swing set provide relaxation areas.
