Cedar Pocket Campground is part of the Bureau of Land Management's Virgin River Canyon Recreation Area, accessed from the Cedar Pocket exit on Interstate 15 near Littlefield, Arizona. The recreation area sits in the Virgin River Gorge about 20 miles southwest of St. George, Utah and 20 miles northeast of Mesquite, Nevada. The overnight fee is charged per site per night with a 14-night stay limit, and camping is split between reservable sites and first-come, first-served spots. Nearby trails lead into the Cedar Pocket Wash and the surrounding Paiute and Beaver Dam Mountains wilderness areas.
