Celis Brewery

Celis Brewery is a working brewery and beer garden at 10001 Metric Blvd in Austin, reopened in 2017 by Christine and Daytona Celis, the daughter and granddaughter of founder Pierre Celis. The brewery makes Belgian-style ales, including Celis White, a witbier based on the original recipe Pierre Celis first brewed in Hoegaarden, Belgium. The property has a large, pet-friendly beer garden open seven days a week, with food trucks rotating through rather than a fixed kitchen.
