Diamond O Campground

Diamond O Campground, also spelled Dimond O, is a U.S. Forest Service campground in Stanislaus National Forest near Groveland, California, set among mixed conifer forest along the Middle Fork of the Tuolumne River. It has 26 campsites, including four tent-only sites, with 22 sites able to accommodate RVs and trailers between 22 and 50 feet; nightly fees run roughly thirty to sixty dollars and reservations are handled through Recreation.gov up to six months in advance. The campground is normally open from late April through mid-October and is the closest Forest Service campground to the Big Oak Flat entrance of Yosemite National Park and to Hetch Hetchy Reservoir, making it a well-placed base for riders exploring Yosemite's less-crowded northern approach.
