Don Pedro Reservoir - Blue Oaks Campground

Blue Oaks Campground is one of three campgrounds operated by the Don Pedro Recreation Agency on the west shore of Don Pedro Reservoir near La Grange, California, in the Sierra foothills. The campground has 195 campsites spread across the hills above the lake, with 34 sites offering partial RV hookups for water and electric and the remaining 161 available as non-hookup sites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Don Pedro Reservoir covers more than 12,000 surface acres and draws boaters, water-skiers, and anglers fishing for bass and trout, with marinas and boat launches serving the lake's campgrounds. Blue Oaks sits within a short drive of Yosemite National Park and the Gold Country towns along Highways 132 and 120, making it a convenient overnight stop for travelers touring the Sierra foothills.
