The two-part restaurant occupies the same building with distinct atmospheres: Eagle Grille operates upstairs as a quiet, refined dinner venue, while Miller's Dockside runs as a lively sports bar on the waterside level. Both operate under Chef Tito and his culinary team, who prepare coastal cuisine fresh daily from a shared kitchen. The full menu spans fresh local seafood—grouper, snapper, mahi, shrimp, and oysters—alongside steaks, burgers, and composed salads.
