Fast Friends Beer Co

Fast Friends Beer Co. is a South Austin brewery set on three and a half acres along the I-35 frontage road, built around an open green space rather than a cramped taproom. Under director of brewing Keith Shaw, the beer lineup runs from an imperial stout and American lager to hazy IPAs and Czech style pale and dark lagers, plus rotating guest beers, wines, and ciders. The property runs a coffee program and a food menu with vegan and gluten free options, and its patio welcomes dogs, making it a relaxed stop for a break on a longer ride through South Austin. Hours stretch into the evening on weekends, with an earlier weekday start that includes morning coffee service.
