Gibson Street Bar sits on South Lamar Boulevard in Austin as a two-floor bar with a patio, black banquette seating and seasonal decor that leans hard into the holidays, running a Twisted Carnival theme in October and a Wonderglam takeover from late November through the end of the year. The bar pours sixteen craft beers on tap plus a bottle list, cocktails and a wine and bubbles selection.
