Glamis North KOA

The property at 10595 Hot Mineral Spa Rd in Niland, California is no longer a KOA-affiliated campground; it now operates as Glamis North Hot Springs Resort, drawing on a natural geothermal well discovered in 1938 that still feeds a flow-through system of hot mineral soaking pools ranging from 98 to 104 degrees. The resort sits near the Glamis sand dunes and the Salton Sea and offers RV sites with full hookups, along with themed cabins and cottages. It operates seasonally, typically closing in mid-April and reopening in late October, and it is a popular warm-up and soak stop for riders passing through the Imperial Valley's off-road country.
