Grant Lake Campground
June Lake, CA
Grant Lake Campground and Marina is the northernmost stop on the June Lake Loop in Mono County, California, operated under a special use permit from the Inyo National Forest. The campground has around 70 sites set among aspen trees overlooking Grant Lake, with high Sierra mountain views, picnic tables, fire rings, and flush toilets, though sites have water and sewer but no electric hookups.
Open from the last Saturday in April through mid-October, the campground is paired with a full-service marina offering docks and fishing boat rentals, making it a base for anglers pursuing the lake's well-known brown trout. The June Lake Loop area also has three other large lakes nearby, along with Rush Creek, giving travelers several fishing and scenic-drive options within a few miles.
