Grass Valley RV Resort opened in August 2024 as one of Northern California's newest RV resorts, located directly across from the Nevada County Fairgrounds and less than a mile from the Highway 20 and 49 interchange in the Gold Country. It sits within minutes of historic downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City, giving travelers easy access to Gold Rush-era attractions and Sierra foothill scenery. The resort has 148 fully paved sites with hookups and private picnic tables, plus an ADA-accessible pool and spa, a 4,500-square-foot lodge and business center, a market, pickleball and bocce courts, a dog park with wash station, laundry facilities, and a self-service dump station. It has earned a perfect Good Sam 10/10/10 rating, and offers daily, weekly, and long-term stays bookable online or by phone.
