Happy Time RV Park sits at 5160 County Road 99W in Dunnigan, right off Interstate 5 near the I-505 split in the Sacramento Valley. The 130-site park is open year-round and welcomes all ages, with 68 full hookup sites, 25 pull-throughs, electric-only sites, and 30/50 amp service, plus showers, a dump station, laundry, cable TV, and a pool. Rates run from free dry camping up to about $38 a night for full services, making it one of the more affordable stops in Northern California, and the park is open 24 hours a day. Its position just off the interstate makes it a practical stop for riders passing through the valley on longer Highway 5 runs, though it suits a one-night stay better than an extended stopover.
