Ichetucknee Springs Campground

Established over 40 years ago, this campground provides an authentic North Florida camping experience centered around the region's famous spring-fed rivers. The property is designed with privacy in mind, featuring campsites surrounded by thick foliage and century-old oaks. Guests have access to a variety of site types, including primitive tent areas, sites with electricity, and RV hookups equipped with water and 30 AMP power. The central hub of the campground is the main building, which houses a game room featuring pool tables, air hockey, and vintage arcade games. A recently constructed bathhouse offers six private toilets and six hot showers. For convenience, an on-site camp store stocks essentials like ice, snacks, and coffee, and the staff provides firewood delivery directly to individual campsites throughout the afternoon. Its location makes it a prime base for water activities, as it is just a three-minute drive from the Ichetucknee River's north entrance. Visitors are also within a short ride of other major natural attractions, including Ginnie Springs and Gilchrist Blue Springs, making it a central point for exploring the area's subterranean river systems and crystal-clear swimming holes.
