Riders using the campground as a base can walk the quarter-mile Blue Oak interpretive trail from the campsites and reach the lake's day-use and boat-launch areas nearby. Flush toilets serve the whole campground, and two group sites with a horseshoe pit and volleyball court are available for larger parties.
