J and J Grizzly Store and Camping Resort

J and J Grizzly Store and Camping Resort is a small campground and general store at 7552 Lake Davis Road in Portola, California, roughly half a mile from Lake Davis Dam in the high Sierra of Plumas County. The resort has 31 RV and tent sites along with a general store, a grill, and a fishing shop that also handles OHV permits and fishing and hunting licenses. Riders touring the Feather River area can pick up supplies, rent a canoe or kayak for the lake, or grab a meal at the on-site Frosty Hamburger Stand. The store keeps Sunday through Friday hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be reached at (530) 832-0270 for current site availability.
