Jack Brook Horse Camp

Jack Brook Horse Camp is a public equestrian campground inside Sam McDonald County Park at 9500 Pescadero Road in Loma Mar, California, operated by the San Mateo County Parks Department. The camp is split into three reservable areas, with the largest holding up to 40 people and 40 horses and the two smaller areas each holding up to 10 people and 10 horses. The site includes showers and restrooms, a horse wash rack, 48 paddocks, six tie posts, and a shared outdoor kitchen. Individuals and groups can reserve the horse camp for overnight stays between May 1 and October 31 through the county's online reservation system or by calling (650) 363-4021, with trail access to the Brook Trail Loop and other park routes.
