Jester King Brewery

Jester King Brewery is a farmhouse brewery set on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country about eighteen miles west of downtown Austin. The brewery draws its own well water and uses wild, naturally occurring yeast to ferment many of its beers, giving it a different character from most production breweries in the area. Beyond the brewery, the property functions as a kitchen, working farm, and event hall, and its hill country setting makes it a popular ride destination away from downtown traffic. It keeps afternoon into evening hours through the week and opens earlier on weekends, giving riders time to make it a stop on a longer Hill Country loop.
