Jubilee Railroad Campground & RV Resort

Jubilee Railroad Campground & RV Resort sits on 43 forested acres in the Sacramento River canyon just south of Dunsmuir, California, backing up to the granite spires of Castle Crags. Operating on the property since 1968, the resort is known for its unusual overnight lodging inside restored railroad cabooses and dining in a vintage railcar, alongside standard RV and tent camping sites reached from Interstate 5 at exit 728. Riders passing through on I-5 or the Mt. Shasta backroads will find 24 RV sites with full hookups and 20 tent sites, hot showers, a farm-to-table restaurant, a general store, and a spring-fed creek running through the property. The Pacific Crest Trail passes nearby, and Dunsmuir's small downtown with cafes and shops is a short ride away, making it a practical basecamp for exploring the Shasta-Cascade region.
