Kitty Cohen's

Kitty Cohen's is a 21-and-up patio bar in East Austin, built around a poolside patio and outdoor kitchen with a design that leans into a 1970s Palm Springs look. It opened in June 2016 on Webberville Road and has grown into a venue for culinary pop-ups and themed events, working with independent chefs and caterers on the outdoor kitchen's rotating programming. The space is set up to host private parties as well as regular walk-in crowds, and the poolside layout makes it stand out from the typical indoor Austin bar. Hours run into the early morning most nights, with an earlier midday opening on Saturdays.
