Lake Shasta Pines RV Park

Lake Shasta Pines RV Park sits in Lakehead along the north end of Shasta Lake, a natural stopover for riders running Interstate 5 through the mountains between Redding and the Oregon border. The park is currently under new management and working through a remodel, but continues to operate with spacious RV sites among the pines. Guests get clean, roomy hot showers, a well-equipped laundry room, and a peaceful, low-key setting away from the interstate noise. It's a functional, no-frills base for exploring Shasta Lake's houseboat marinas and the surrounding Shasta-Trinity National Forest rather than a destination resort in its own right.
