M&M Campgrounds

The campground at 13050 Island Dr in Clearlake Oaks, California, on an island in the northeastern corner of Clear Lake, has operated under new ownership as The Oasis Campground since 2017, after previously being known as M&M Campground. It remains at the same waterfront location on the lake. The property offers tent camping and glamping sites, all with waterfront access, along with a bathhouse, showers, and a boat launch for guest use. Newer additions include glamping tents and larger sites, and the campground allows leashed dogs.
