Middle Fork Day Use Area is a U.S. Forest Service day-use site on Evergreen Road near Mather, California, within the Stanislaus National Forest. The site is used mainly for fishing and picnicking along the forest's Middle Fork Stanislaus River watershed.
Facilities are basic, consisting of a vault toilet and fishing access, and the area falls under the Stanislaus National Forest's broader recreation program, which manages 78 lakes and hundreds of miles of streams across the forest.
