Paradise Springs at Big Rock Creek
18101 Paradise Dr, Valyermo, CA
Paradise Springs at Big Rock Creek is a mountain campground and retreat at 18101 Paradise Drive in Valyermo, California, set in the San Gabriel Mountains at roughly 5,000 feet elevation. Guests can pitch a tent, rent a cabin, or stay in one of the property's canvas teepees along Big Rock Creek.
The site is less than thirty minutes from both Palmdale and Wrightwood, and about an hour from the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside areas. In the 1930s the location was known as Noah Beery's Paradise Trout Club, a Hollywood-era retreat built by actor Noah Beery Sr. around the property's spring-fed ponds, and it has continued operating as a camp and event venue since.
