Pinthouse Pizza

Pinthouse Pizza on Burnet Road is the original Pinthouse brewpub, opened in 2012 in Austin's Rosedale neighborhood and still run out of the location that started the brand. The dough, pizza sauce, pretzels, bread, and salad dressings are all made in house daily, and the biergarten style communal seating and outdoor patio give it a casual, social feel. Pizza Today named Pinthouse one of its Top 35 Pizzerias to Watch, and the Burnet Road spot keeps a smaller, neighborhood scale than the newer Ben White flagship. It is open for dine in and curbside pickup with a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., making it a low-key food and beer stop rather than a large event venue.
