Pomo Canyon Environmental Campground

Pomo Canyon Environmental Campground is part of Sonoma Coast State Park near Jenner, California, offering 21 primitive, first-come, first-served walk-in campsites in a second-growth redwood forest. All sites are within a quarter mile of the parking area.
Sites have fire rings, picnic tables, and portable toilets, but there is no running water, and campers must self-register and pay with cash or personal check. The campground is a trailhead for the roughly 6.5-mile round-trip Pomo Canyon Trail to Shell Beach, passing through redwoods, oak woodland, and grassland along the Sonoma Coast.
