Rotary's Camp Florida

Rotary's Camp Florida is a specialized 21-acre facility located in the heart of Brandon, Florida. Designed primarily as a barrier-free environment for children and adults with special medical needs, the camp is available for rental by non-profit and for-profit organizations when not in use for its primary mission. The site offers a secluded, forested atmosphere despite its central location in the geographic center of Hillsborough County, providing a quiet retreat for large group events and workshops. The campus is fully equipped for multi-day stays, featuring bunk space to accommodate 118 people and an 11-bed infirmary. On-site recreational amenities include a 25-yard junior Olympic swimming pool with a wheelchair lift, an airsoft range, an archery range with dinosaur and deer targets, and a gaga pit. The waterfront area provides a fishing dock with a boat lift and access to canoes and kayaks for exploration on the lake. For groups planning meetings or catered events, the facility includes the Publix Pavilion and Leonard Hall, which offers classroom-style seating for up to 150 guests. The camp provides a fully equipped commercial kitchen and large gas barbecue grills for group use. While the facility does not host individual campers, its comprehensive infrastructure makes it a notable destination for organized club retreats and large-scale gatherings.
