Seven Spirits is a Mexican-owned cocktail bar at 1411 E 7th St in Austin built around the seven traditional agave spirits of Mexico: tequila, mezcal, sotol, pox, charanda, bacanora and raicilla. The name and menu are a direct homage to those spirits. The drink menu is largely agave-based, including flights for tasting mezcal, alongside a small food menu of tacos, empanadas and tostadas made with in-house nixtamalized tortillas. A dog-friendly patio and daily happy hour make it a solid mid-route stop on East 7th Street.
