Verbena Food and Drink

Verbena Food & Drink is a restaurant and bar occupying the street-level, street-side space of the Canopy by Hilton hotel on West 6th Street in downtown Austin. Chef Nic Yanes, also behind Juniper and Uncle Nicky's, runs an old-world farm-to-table menu presented with a modern touch, served across a 36-seat bar and lounge and a 60-seat dining room built around an open kitchen and wood-burning hearth. Both rooms open onto a shared open-air courtyard, giving the space a mix of dining room and patio energy. It's open daily from morning through late evening on weekends, functioning as a breakfast and brunch stop as well as a dinner and cocktail destination.
